  • Do you have a clear understanding of concepts like interest rates, credit scores, and debt management? 

  • Are you aware of different types of insurance and their importance in financial planning? 


Health and Well-being: 

  • Do you prioritize and maintain a healthy lifestyle, including exercise, nutrition, and stress management? 

  • How knowledgeable are you about common health conditions, preventive measures, and seeking medical care when needed? 

  • Are you familiar with strategies for maintaining mental well-being and managing emotions effectively? 


Digital Literacy: 

  • How comfortable are you with using various digital technologies, such as computers, smartphones, and the internet?
